The Revd Canon Tom Moffatt leaves Thatcham at the end of October. During his ten years as Team Rector he has overseen many changes, including building improvements to the Parish Church of St Mary’s which is a popular venue for events during the Thatcham Festival of Arts and Leisure. St Barnabas Church which meets at Thatcham Park Church of England School has been established during this time. Until recently he also served as Area Dean of the Newbury Deanery.
