When you are choosing Christmas cards do you have the same problem as me? The problem is that I look at the selections and think what does that have to do with Christmas? There will be the Mouse in a waistcoat and hat eating a Christmas pudding, or a robin skating on an iced up pond. Then there are the ones with fat relaxing people flopped in large armchairs with all the clutter of Christmas day around them. Quiz evening at URC Saturday March 19th.
Doors open 6.45, quiz starts at 7pm
Choice of chilli, sausage casserole or veggie casserole, plus jacket potatoes and puddings
Tickets £6, £4 under 12.
Bring your own drinks. Tickets are limited – so book early!

Lunch and Gentle Bingo at St Mary’s
Thursday January 27th 12.00 for 12.30
Lunch – soup, ham/cheese ploughmans, fresh fruit salad, tea/coffee
Gentle Bingo – cards with numerals in large letters and a relaxed atmosphere!
