Bell Ringing at St.
Mary’s Church
There is a long tradition of both tower bell ringing and handbell ringing at St. Mary’s Church. Adults and children can learn the art of tower bell ringing and handbell ringing (children from the age of 12 for tower bell ringing and from the age of 8 for handbell ringing).
Tower Bell ringing practice is every Tuesday evening from 7:45 to 9:00pm.
If you would like further information about tower bell ringing or the Church Bells then please contact Rachel Backhouse, the Tower Captain, through the Parish Office.
