A new ministry among older people was launched in September 2021, led by the Churches in Thatcham, called Vintage Adventure.

What is Vintage Adventure?

·         It’s a different way of doing church

·         It’s Christ-centred worship with fun, fellowship and food

·         It’s creative worship in which everyone can celebrate in comfort

·         It touches all the senses

·         It makes space for friendship

·         It’s a ministry among older people

We are particularly mindful that many older people feel unable to return to formal Sunday worship since the pandemic and others have enjoyed little social interaction as a result of Covid restrictions. Some people are reconnecting with their faith and others are simply curious about the Christian faith.  At Vintage Adventure there is a place for everyone.
